How much are your site fees?

For the 2018 season, our fees are a competitive £2,370.

Your sites fees include:

·   A secure, gated park equipped with CCTV coverage for your safety and security.

·   Water Supply

·   Waste Removal

·   Rates

Can we have a balcony or decking on our new property?

We can build additional specifications to properties, and these are carried out by our approved and preferred builders.

How long is a typical season at Brookside Leisure Park?

Our season runs from March 1st to January 3rd.

How long does a typical site agreement run for?

Our agreements are provided on a yearly basis

Do you provide finance facilities?

We are pleased to offer finance facilities through our partner finance company, Pegasus Finance. Our partner has extensive experience in the park homes market, and would be pleased to provide a quotation. Please click on the link below.

Do you allow dogs on the park?

Dogs are allowed on the park. However, all dogs must be on a lead at all times.
